Sleep Through The Night
Think More Clearly
Have Energy That Lasts
A 3-phase approach for women who’ve tried everything — but still don’t feel like themselves.
I help women with chronic fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and digestive symptoms reduce overload and move forward at a pace their body can handle — so healing becomes steadier — and more effective.
The Whole-System Rebalance Method
You don’t need more information.
You need to know what fits your body right now — and what’s better left alone for the moment.
That’s what we do together: reduce overload, simplify what you’re doing, and choose the next step that makes the most sense — without pushing or trying to do everything at once.
This is a 3-phase process that meets your body where it is — so you’re not forcing healing faster than your system can keep up.
Phase 1 — Liver Recovery & Foundation
Reduce overload and support foundations.
Phase 2 — Address Root Causes
Deeper support, at the body’s pace.
Phase 3 — Repair, Restore & Maintain
Rebuild and shift into sustainable maintenance.
Each phase prepares your body for the next.

Meet Jenny
Hi, I’m Jenny Riley, a Holistic Health Practitioner and Medical Medium-inspired coach.
My interest in health began when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Watching him move through the medical system with so little guidance around prevention or recovery made me ask a simple question: Is there a way to support the body before something goes wrong?
At the same time, I was dealing with my own chronic symptoms — fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, anxiety, digestive problems, and hormonal imbalance. I was doing a lot — but like many women, I was trying to figure it all out on my own.
What changed wasn’t effort.
It was understanding timing, pacing, and structure.
That’s when I realised: it’s not just what you do — it’s when you do it, how much, and whether your body is ready for it.
That insight became the foundation of the work I do today. I now support women who feel stuck in their health to slow things down, build capacity, and move forward without forcing or overwhelming their system.
I know how miserable it feels to be unwell — and I don’t like seeing other people stuck there.
That’s why I do this work.
