My 3-Phase Healing Method
Protocols can be powerful.
What matters is whether your body has the capacity to process what you’re doing — and whether the timing is right.
Many clients I work with already know the protocols.
They’re doing the cleanses.
They’re taking the supplements.
What’s often missing isn’t effort.
It’s structure — knowing what your body is ready for now, and what needs to wait.
This 3-phase process is designed to:
support liver function and elimination before deeper cleansing
calm the nervous system — because healing is harder in fight-or-flight
clear what your body is ready to clear, without pushing faster than it can go
Each phase prepares your body for the next. This step-by-step progression is often what finally gets things working.
This work happens in three phases:
Phase 1 — Liver Recovery & Foundation
Phase 2 — Address Root Causes
Phase 3 — Repair, Restore & Maintain
Phase 1 — Liver Recovery & Foundation
Before moving into deeper protocols, we focus on supporting liver function, hydration, and elimination pathways — so your body can better process what you're doing.
In Phase 1, we focus on:
reducing liver overload
supporting healthy elimination
calming the nervous system
addressing chronic dehydration
right-sizing supplements (often doing less, not more)
Why This Phase Comes First
When the liver is overloaded, the body may slow deeper clearing to avoid releasing too much at once. Building capacity first helps remove that barrier.
Many clients notice:
feeling less anxious
fewer afternoon crashes
steadier digestion
longer stretches of sleep (even if not perfect)
This phase creates the conditions that make everything else work.
Phase 2 — Address Root Causes
Once liver function and elimination improve, the body can begin working on deeper drivers of symptoms — pathogens, viral load, heavy metals, and accumulated toxins.
With that foundation in place, your body is often ready to do the work it couldn’t handle before.
In Phase 2, we focus on:
targeted antiviral and antibacterial support
heavy metal support adjusted to your body’s response
detox with fewer setbacks
phase-specific supplements and healing foods
As the overall load begins to ease, many clients start to experience:
clearer thinking
a calmer baseline mood
more consistent energy
older symptoms beginning to fade
Phase 3 — Repair, Restore & Maintain
As the overall load decreases, the body can move into true repair — and eventually into sustainable maintenance.
This phase focuses on:
replenishing essential nutrients and minerals
supporting sleep, energy, and digestion
stabilizing the nervous system
shifting into a maintenance rhythm (antivirals and antibacterials become periodic rather than daily)
integrating the emotional and mental shifts that often occur during healing
What Makes Phase 3 Different
This isn’t a temporary fix. In Phase 3, we shift into maintenance — so what you’re doing feels sustainable, your body works more efficiently, and supplement needs often decrease over time.
Clients often begin to experience:
more predictable energy
improved sleep quality
greater tolerance to stress
digestion feeling more normal
a deeper sense of stability
greater resilience during viral exposure
This is where many clients say,
“I finally feel like myself again.”
